I am writing to you today with an exciting update regarding our campaign to build the only Mikvah within a 5 hour drive radius of Jackson Hole, Wyoming. With the generous support of hundreds of friends, community members, visitors and Jews from across the world, shortly before Rosh Hashanah we reached a major milestone. Chabad Lubavitch of Wyoming purchased a property to build a beautiful and desperately needed Mikvah in Jackson Hole. We have come along way and now clearly see a light at the end of the tunnel.

Mazal tov on this significant development for Yiddishkeit in the Cowboy State! Double mazal tov to the hundreds of Frum women who request from us to use the Mikvah while vacationing in Jackson Hole, each year. Triple mazal tov to my wife Raizy and the other courageous women in our community who drive or fly every month to use the nearest Mikvaos at Chabad of Salt Lake City, UT or Bozeman, MT.

I am even more excited to announce that Mikvah USA and a local community member, Ephraim Heller, have stepped forward with a matching-gift pledge for $100,000.00. Every contribution designated to the Wyoming Mikvah Fund up to one hundred thousand dollars, from now until the end of the year, will be matched dollar for dollar.

Please help our vibrant and growing community reach our goal of raising a total of $200,000.00 so we can build a Mikvah. Every contribution, large and small, check and credit card, appreciated stock and multi-year pledges are crucial for helping us respond "yes" to the dozens of locals and visitors who ask us to use the Mikvah each year. Your support today will make a real difference in the lives of hundreds of Jewish families for decades to come. Please help us.

Should you wish to discuss our Mikvah campaign with me, I would be happy to receive your call at 307-462-0847. Please click here to see our ongoing progress in real time.

Truly, thank you very much for your care and consideration,

Rabbi Zalman Mendelsohn
