Do you need a Kosher Mezuzah for your home or office? Are you a student and need a Mezuzah for your dorm or apartment?
After close consultation with Dr. Ron and Mrs. Diane Strobel, the Chabad Jewish Center of Wyoming will be allocating all gifts that were donated to Chabad in memory of Asher Strobel, to be used to help families across Wyoming with the special Mitzvah of Mezuzah. We have therefore created the Asher Strobel Mezuzah Bank.
Chabad of Wyoming, based in Jackson Hole, offers Mezuzahs to any Jewish individual or family who cannot afford to buy one across the State of Wyoming and we will come to your home or office to put it up - free of charge. Click here to apply.
Is your Mezuzah a blessing?
If it's an "original" hand written Mezuzah on sacred parchment, if it's written in Torah script by an ordained and dedicated scribe, then it identifies, sanctifies and protects your home with its blessing. Click here to learn more about the history and traditions of the Mezuzah.
If you are not sure, or your Mezuzah has been up for more than 7 years (since according to Jewish tradition it should be inspected periodically to ensure that the ink has not faded and that parchment is still intact), contact us and we will be happy to come to your home or office, free of charge, and inspect your Mezuzah.
If you are moving into a new home, apartment, or office, we will help you make the proper blessings and put up the Mezuzah correctly.
